PET POLICY
All Seasons Inn & Suites is PET FRIENDLY. By pet, we mean dog. Sorry, no cats, birds, or exotics. The following Rules and Conditions have been established to ensure that all of our guests enjoy their visit with us.
1. Guests must declare their dog(s), LIMIT TWO DOGS PER ROOM, and sign the HOTEL PET POLICY upon
check-in agreeing to all terms. There is a $100.00 fine for each undeclared or non-approved pet brought into the
hotel.
2. DOGS MUST BE LEASHED AND UNDER DIRECT RESTRIANT AT ALL TIMES WHEN OUTSIDE YOUR ROOM
AND/OR ON HOTEL PROPERTY.
3. DOGS MUST NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME. $100.00 fee for unattended pet. Unattended pets
will be removed from the room.
4. A pet sitter may be available for an additional charge. PRE-ARRANGEMENT REQUIRED. Proof of current
rabies vaccination required.
5. The hotel may exclude a dog if, in the hotel's sole discretion, the dog is considered dangerous or likely to frighten,
harm, or disrupt hotel guests.
6. There is a $10.00 PET FEE charge per pet, per stay.
7. The PET FEE charge will appear as an additional charge to your room upon Check-out.
8. All pets must be clean, housebroken, free of any parasites such as tickes or fleas, and disease free (i.e. Parvo,
etc.) Current rabies vacinnation must be shown on dog tags.
9. Pets are expected to be quiet, well behaved, and non-destructive.
10. Guests will be given an opportunity to eliminate any noise complaints. In the event you are unable to satisfy this
clause, you may be asked to leave the hotel without a refund and will be financially responsible for any and all
costs associated with any compensation that may be given to appease a disturbed guest(s).
11. We reserve the right to require room changes or removal of animals from the premises if it is determined that the
animal is causing damage to hotel property and/or disturbing other hotel guests.
12. Any damage caused by pets must be reported to Front Desk immediately so proper action can be taken to avoid
inconvenience to other guests. Upon departure, housekeeping will inspect your room for damages.
13. Dogs are not permitted in the breakfast area, meeting room, or hot tub area. (ARM 37.110.232)
14. Dogs are not allowed directly on furniture or beds. Please ask Front Desk for pet sheets/covers.
15. Subject to availability, Guests with dogs will be located on the first floor for easy access to outdoor areas.
16. The Guest is liable for the health, safety, and welfare of their pets at all times.
17. Please be responsible and clean up after your pets on both hotel property and in the surrounding area.
18. Please do not bathe your dog in the bathtub or sink. You will be assessed an EXTRA CLEANING FEE.
19. You accept full financial responsibility and agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the All Seasons Inn &
Suites, its owners, agents, and employees from any and all liability, claims, losses, costs, and expenses, including
reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or relating to any claim for personal injury or property damage caused by
your pet, and agree to make reimbursement for such damages on demand. Additional charges assessed for
damages may be posted following check-out.
20. With your signature on the Hotel Pet Policy, you hereby acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions
above. You also acknowledge that you have been provided with a copy of these terms and conditions.
