PET POLICY
At All Seasons Inn & Suites, we understand that your pet is part of your family.
We’ve established the following guidelines to encourage responsible pet ownership
and to ensure that all of our guests enjoy their visit with us.
1. There is a $10.00 charge per pet, per stay.
2. Guests with pets must provide a valid credit card at Check-in. Any damages to the motel property
caused by your pet will be charged to your credit card. By signing this pet policy, you give permission
for us to charge your credit card in the event that your pet is responsible for damages during your stay.
3. Pets may not be left unattended at any time. Owners may be assessed a $100.00 fee for unattended pets.
4. Pets must be on a leash or in a cage and in full control while in any public or common place within the hotel
or on hotel grounds.
5. Each pet must be declared during guest registration. There is a $100.00 fine for each undeclared pet.
6. For the safety of all guests and other pet owners, we require all pets to be up to date on vaccinations.
by signing our pet policy, you are confirming your pet(s) are up to date with all required vaccinations.
7. Pets are not allowed directly on furniture or beds. Please ask the Front Desk for pet sheets.
8. Pets are not permitted in the breakfast area, meeting room, or hot tub area. (ARM 37.110.232)
9. For the comfort of all of our guests, pets must be kept quiet.
10. Please be respectful of our other guests and clean up after your pet on the hotel grounds.
11. Housekeeping staff will inspect the room upon departure and assess the room for any damages. You
will be charged for any damages caused by your pet. Charges may be posted following check-out.
12. You accept full responsibility for any and all liability, claims, losses, costs, and expenses (including
attorney’s fee) for personal injury or property damage caused by your pet, and agree to make
reimbursement for such damages on demand. You also agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend
the All Seasons Inn and Suites, its owners, agents, and employees from any and all liability, claims,
losses, costs, and expenses, (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to any claim
for personal injury or property damage caused by your pet.
